Hyderabad is a city in Pakistan’s Sindh province. It is the second-largest city in Sindh and the eighth-largest in Pakistan. Hyderabad was founded in 1768 by Mian Ghulam Shah Kalhoro of the Kalhora dynasty and served as the provincial capital until 1843 when the British relocated the seat to Karachi.
It is rich in culture, traditions, and history and is located along the Indus River. It was the capital of Sindh for many centuries and was once dubbed “India’s Paris” due to the notion that the city streets were cleansed every morning with clean drinking water from the Indus River.
In Pakistan’s Sindh province, Hyderabad is the country’s sixth-largest metropolis. It is Sindh’s second-largest city. Mian Ghulam Shah Kalhoro built the city in 1768 on the ruins of Neroon Kot, a Mauryan fishing hamlet along the Indus River.
